Travel Info
Accepted attendees will receive travel reimbursement for travel to and from the symposium (restrictions will apply). For those attending from out of the area, a hotel room will be provided for the duration of the Symposium at the Boston Harbor Hotel (Symposium venue).

Most meals will be provided throughout the symposium. Any food and beverage purchased outside of what’s provided during the symposium will be the responsibility of the attendee.

LOCATIONS & TRAVEL INFO

The Arthur L. Irving Family Foundation Cancer Immunology Symposium will begin on Monday, July 20 with a Welcome Dinner hosted by the Irving Family (with several short talks). The following morning, transportation will be provided to the Beauport Hotel in Gloucester for the Symposium on July 21-24. Please plan to arrive on July 20 for dinner, and leave on July 24 in the evening.

Complimentary hotel accommodations will be provided at the Four Seasons Hotel on the night of Monday, July 20. Shuttle service to the Symposium venue, the Beauport Hotel, will depart the Four Seasons at 10:30 AM on the morning of Tuesday, July 21.

Symposium – July 21-24, 2020
Beauport Hotel

Complimentary hotel accommodations will be provided at the Beauport Hotel for the nights of July 21-23 (check-out July 24). Return shuttle service will depart to Boston Logan International Airport on Friday, July 24 at 2:00 PM.

Shuttle Service
Shuttle service will be provided on the morning of Tuesday, July 21 from the Four Seasons Hotel in Boston to the Symposium venue at the Beauport Hotel in Gloucester.

Shuttle service to Boston Logan International Airport will also be provided on Friday, July 24, departing the Beauport Hotel at 2:00 PM. Expected arrival time at the airport is 3:30 PM.

Flights
Accepted participants will be responsible for coordinating air travel to Boston Logan International Airport and transportation from Logan airport to the Four Seasons Hotel on Monday, July 20.

If transportation other than the 2:00 PM return shuttle to Boston Logan International Airport is required for return flights, it is the responsibility of the participant to arrange.

A limited number of travel scholarships (to cover flights/transportation) will also be offered to applicants who are accepted but do not have travel funds.
