PROGRAM

The symposium will consist of talks/stories by faculty mentors on critical topics, followed by small group discussions with trainees and two faculty mentors. A shared goal will be to integrate lessons learned during the workshop and share with the entire group. Personal goals include developing stronger ties with mentors and updating/refining research statements with feedback from mentors.
