The Arthur and Sandra Irving Cancer Immunology Symposiums aim to foster connections between starting faculty and postdocs with faculty mentors, and provide insights into leadership, mentorship, career development, lab management, and publishing. Participants shared the invaluable lessons learned by writing up summaries of key recommendations.
